Vanilla Chai Chaga Shake

Say hello to a room temperature shake (ahem…smoothie) that may very well improve your digestive system.
Made from Ayurveda’s treasure trove of sweet and pungent spices, this shake will wake you up, support your cellular health, and even nourish your immune system.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almond milk, oat milk, or coconut milk
  • ½ organic banana broken into chunks or ½ cup blueberries
  • 1 Tablespoon coconut butter or coconut oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Four Sigmatic Sweet Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 2 teaspoons raw cacao nibs optional
  • 1 heaping teaspoon maple syrup, raw honey, coconut nectrar, or monkfruit syrup
  • ½ teaspoon Four Sigmatic Mushroom Blend optional
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger root for Pitta, use fresh ginger
  • Pinch ground black pepper
  • Pinch mineral-rich salt

Instructions
 

  • Put all of the ingredients into a high-speed blender.
  • Process until smooth, about 20 seconds.
  • Sweeten to taste.
  • Pour into your favorite mug and enjoy!

Notes

Ayurveda Every Day Tip: To reduce Kapha, use almond, flax, or hemp seed milk, blueberries instead of banana, and double the amount of spices
