Talya’s Chai Spice Mix

Use this spice mix in my Elevated Warm Chai Smoothie, or give your digestive system a warming boost anytime you need it.
Add ½ teaspoon of Talya’s Chai Spice Mix to anything sweet – breakfast porridge, oatmeal, yogurt, kefir, hot drinks, homemade desserts, and more. It will spark your metabolism and improve digestive fire.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ½ Tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 2 ½ Tablespoons ground cardamom
  • 2 Tablespoons ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon ground clove or allspice
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • Pinche mineral-rich salt

Instructions
 

  • Combine all the spices in a clean, dry jar.
