Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough

Ooohhh… chocolate chip cookie dough that’s actually good for your health? Three cheers to cookie dough you can feel great about eating!

Ingredients
  

  • 8 Medjool dates pitted
  • ¼ cup raw almonds, walnuts, or sunflower seeds
  • ¼ cup raw cacao nibs or dark chocolate chips
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cardamom or ginger
  • Pinch of mineral-rich salt

Instructions
 

  • Put the dates, almonds, cacao nibs, cinnamon, cardamom, and salt into a food processor.
  • Process for 15 to 20 seconds, or until the mixture is well combined.
  • Roll the batter into one-inch balls.
  • Store the dough in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
