Homemade Walnut Butter

Making your own nut butter is crazy, amazing good and a truly satisfying experience. You won’t believe how good this tastes and how easy it is to make!
Try it on top of pancakes, stuffed inside Medjool dates, or straight out of the jar. You’ll never purchase store-bought walnut butter again!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup raw walnuts
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey
  • Pinch of mineral-rich salt
  • Pinch of ground cardamom

Instructions
 

  • Use a food processor or high-speed blender to grind the walnuts into a fine powder.
  • If you used a blender to grind the seeds, transfer the ground walnuts to a food processor.
  • Turn on the food processor and drizzle in the olive oil until the mixture turns creamy. Add the honey, salt, and cardamom and process until smooth.
