Every Day Salad Dressing
Ingredients
- ½ cup olive oil. hemp seed oil, or flaxseed oil
- 2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar or coconut vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons fresh lemon or lime juice
- 1 teaspoon asafetida, ground cumin, or turmeric
- ½ teaspoon ground sumac optional
- ½ teaspoon ground coriander
- ¼ teaspoon mineral-rich salt
Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients in a sealed Mason jar or sturdy container.
- Shake vigorously!
- This dressing stays fresh in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Shake well before each use.
